Just crazy-busy!  March was the Month of Cons (I'm including WonderCon, which was April 1-3), and I'm working, and donating blood knocked me out for two days (I shook the whole time and almost fainted, and also was woozy the whole rest of the day--thank god for understanding managers--but I did it!), and I've been editing a kickass historical middlegrade for a friend (it's set in nineteenth century India!  And has three great main characters!  And FIVE MORE BOOKS!  I can't wait till she finishes and they get picked up, because then I'll be able to brag about reading them first), and there were various and sundry other chores that happened that ate up all my time.

My goal for this weekend is to start on draft III of Skywatch.  It's been so long since I wrote that I'm getting bitchy.

On the other hand, the last week has seen a number of random inspirations for Moxie and Sanctuary.  So while Moxie still needs, like, a thousand more years of worldbuilding and character work before I start outlining, and I want to have another draft of Skywatch done before I start writing Sanctuary, they're looking better all the time.  Also, I'm randomly writing the origin story for Moxie.  Right now I have no plans to include that in her books (except as character backround and possibly flashback), but it's a good exercise for me even if her world isn't half built yet.
